The economy certainly and most certainly looks so much better compared to the previous years, but then again, when you reckon of people still being nervous about their job permanency and tenure, you tend to reckon that you shouldn’t take things for granted, financial-wise.

Mashable shares a lot of insights on why people still prefer to use and buy a dumbphone compared to the more elite, up to date, and certainly more prestige-bearing smartphones. After all, a smartphone allows you and any user to be able to connect to the internet, anytime, all the time. It has all the applications ready to be downloaded in a single click. It has all the latest and greatest features that would allow any individual to constantly be connected to social networking sites, especially that most of these smartphones have icons embedded in their programs that would include Twitter and even Facebook.

While that is a very excellent attractive draw for any social networking website user, a phone that would mean more expense is simply not quite so enticing. Being practical these days is still the way to go. Check out people in malls and see the range of mobile phones that they use, and you would still reckon that no matter how modern and high tech we all seem to be, people still believe in knowing how to make that dollar be worth it and worth spending.
